Data Import

LabSuite© is able to import text/Excel files for Consolidation, Direct Shear, and Triaxial tests. Users can select multiple files for each test, e.g., if a direct shear test has 4 points, you should select 4 files by using Ctrl key and mouse clicks.  The contents of selected files will be displayed in the right hand window.

The following files are default:

•Consolidation test: data file generated by Automated Consolidation System, HM-2470A, of Humboldt Mfg. Co.

•DIrect Shear test: data file generated by Direct Shear System of GEOMATIC, Inc. 

LabSuite© is also able to import text files with any delimiters, space, comma, or any other specified characters. A sample triaxial data is shown below.
